2 houses damaged by fire on Chicago's Far South Side

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A fire damaged two houses in the Roseland neighborhood Tuesday evening.

The fire broke out in the 300 block of West 108th Place.

Citizen app video from the scene showed firefighters battling a blaze in a brick house on the north side of the street, with appeared to be severely damaged.

Damage to the frame house next door is also seen.

Paramedics are seen with a stretcher at the scene.

Reports on injuries and other information from the Chicago Fire Department were not immediately available.
