16-Year-Old Boy Shot In The Back In Woodlawn
(STMW) -- A 16-year-old boy was shot Monday afternoon in the South Side Woodlawn neighborhood.
The boy was shot in the back about 1:15 p.m. in the 6200 block of South Cottage Grove, police said. He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where his condition had stabilized.
A police source said the boy was being uncooperative with investigators, so further details of the shooting were not known.
