14-Year-Old Girl Missing From Humboldt Park

(STMW) -- Police are asking the public's help in finding a 14-year-old girl with bipolar disorder missing from the Humboldt Park neighborhood.

Annaliz Ramos has been missing from the area near Division and Monticello since Thursday, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

She is described as a 5-foot, 140-pound Hispanic girl with brown eyes, black hair and a medium complexion, police said. She has bipolar disorder and is in need of her medicine, according to police.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the Area North Special Victims Unit at (312) 744-8200.
