13-Year-Old Boy Shot In West Englewood

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A 13-year-old boy was shot Friday night in the West Englewood neighborhood.
At approximately 9:03 p.m., the boy was walking with his friends through a vacant lot in the 6800 block of South Paulina when three unknown offenders fired shots, striking the boy in the buttock, according to Chicago Police.
He was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in good/stable condition.
No on is in custody. Area South Detectives are investigating.
