Woman Hit By Tractor-Trailer On Route 1 In Walpole
WALPOLE (CBS) – A woman was hit by an 18-wheeler on Route 1 south in Walpole Monday afternoon.
The 30-year-old woman was conscious when she was airlifted to Boston Medical Center.
The woman was crossing Route 1 near Coney Street during rush hour when the truck hit her.
The southbound lanes were shut down for about an hour while the crash was investigated.
No other information has been released.
