Another Moose Sighting: Police Search For Loose Animal In Waltham
WALTHAM (CBS) – There's been another local moose sighting – this time in Waltham.
Police told WBZ NewsRadio 1030 that they received a number of calls about a moose galloping along Stow Street toward Main Street at about 9 p.m. Tuesday.
State police also followed up and looked for the moose, but could not find the elusive creature.
For more than a week, police have been trying to track down a moose that was caught on camera running through the streets of Watertown and Belmont.
Before Tuesday night's sighting in Waltham, it was last reported seen early Saturday morning on Concord Avenue in Belmont.
