UMass Lowell Releases Coronavirus Reopening Plan For Fall

BOSTON (CBS) – The University of Massachusetts Lowell laid out its coronavirus reopening plans on Wednesday.

The university said it will hold in-person classes at 25-50% capacity, but also plans to hold some classes online.

Dorms will open at a reduced capacity and the school is making all students wear masks when social distancing is not possible.

UMass Lowell said it is prepared to change these plans if there is a spike in new coronavirus cases.
