Two People Injured In Roxbury Shooting
BOSTON (CBS) -- Two men were shot in Roxbury Saturday afternoon, according to police.
Police responded to Homestead Street around 2p.m. and found the two men shot in a car.
Boston Police Superintendent William Gross called the broad-daylight shooting "unfortunate."
"There are too many guns on the street. The mayor, the commissioner, and community stakeholders, and the good citizens are tired of this senseless violence," he said.
One of the two victims is facing life-threatening injuries.
The incident is under investigation. No arrests have been made.
