Woman Saves Children From Falling Light Pole In Wakefield
WAKEFIELD (CBS) --- Police say a woman managed to push a stroller carrying two children out of the way of a falling light pole, Tuesday morning.
The woman and the children, a 2-year-old girl and 5-year-old boy, were not hurt, according to police. All three were taken to Massachusetts General Hospital for evaluation.

Police say the woman was at the intersection of North Avenue and Prospect Street when a paving truck took an illegal turn and clipped a utility pole. The pole then came down in the path of the woman and stroller.
The driver of the truck, head down, sitting under a tree, told WBZ NewsRadio 1030's Carl Stevens, "I'm traumatized. I have grandkids of my own."
Earlier, witnesses had told WBZ the pole had come down on the stroller.
Police say charges are likely to be filed.
The MBTA had suspended train operations while police cleared the scene. Traffic inbound on North Avenue was being detoured down Quannapowitt Parkway. All roads are back open and trains are in service.
