#LoveTwitter: Social Platform Thanks Users For 10 Years Of Tweets
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS) – Twitter celebrated its 10-year anniversary on Monday with an outpouring of gratitude for its millions of users.
The social media platform marked a decade of tweets with an email to users delivering a simple, "Thank you!" message.
"Throughout the years, you've made Twitter what it is today and you're shaping what it will be in the future," Twitter wrote "And for that, we thank you!"

Twitter also started a #LoveTwitter hashtag to highlight standout tweets from some of its most prolific contributors.
