Tom Brady Posts Playoff Pump-Up Video On Facebook

BOSTON (CBS) -- Tom Brady is ready for the Patriots' postseason to begin.

Before Brady and the Patriots hit the practice field on Monday in preparation for Saturday's playoff game against the Kansas City Chiefs, the quarterback posted a pump-up video to his Facebook page.

The message attached to the video was short and sweet: "Go time."

The video itself includes footage from some of the great moments in Boston sports history, from Bobby Orr flying through the air to Carlton Fisk waving the ball fair to all of the more modern accomplishments from the city's sports teams.

It also included audio from "Rudy," when groundskeeper Fortune says, "In this lifetime, you don't have to prove nothing to nobody, except yourself. And after what you've gone through, if you haven't done that by now, it ain't gonna never happen."

Go time.

Clearly, Brady is no longer in the #ChillZone.

Brady's far from the only one excited to get the postseason started, obviously, and he's not the only Patriot to take that excitement to social media.

Edelman is extra-amped, of course, because he hasn't played since breaking his foot in Week 10. Apparently, he's been reading Shakespeare in his free time. The full quote referenced there, if you're interested, is this:

"Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more;
Or close the wall up with our English dead.
In peace there's nothing so becomes a man
As modest stillness and humility;
But when the blast of war blows in our ears,
Then imitate the action of the tiger"

Brady and the Patriots will take the field Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
