Tom Brady Won't Be At Republican National Convention, Report Says

CLEVELAND (CBS) – So much for Vice President Tom Brady.

When presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump said last month he might invite some star athletes to the GOP convention, it raised the possibility that his friend Tom Brady could make an appearance in Cleveland.

But it looks like Brady is going to sit this one out. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Tuesday morning that Brady will not be attending the convention.

Brady's political leanings have been the subject of much speculation ever since a "Make America Great Again" hat was spotted in his locker last summer.
