Three Still Wanted In Riots During Keene Pumpkin Festival

KEENE, N.H. (CBS) -- Police still have warrants out for three men more than a month after "riotous behavior" broke out in Keene, New Hampshire during the city's annual pumpkin festival.

Dozens were arrested and about 30 people were injured on Oct. 18 as hundreds of people threw beer cans and bottles at police and ripped up street signs. Police used pellets and pepper spray to try and disperse the crowds.

Stephen J. Livingstone, a 21-year-old from Parkland Avenue in Lynn, is wanted for criminal mischief, a misdemeanor level offense.

Connor Wishart, a 20-year-old from Gordon Drive of Londonderry, New Hampshire, is wanted for disorderly conduct, a violation level offense.

Nicholas Norstrom, a 20-year-old from Oak Leaf Drive in Coventry, Connecticut, is also wanted for disorderly conduct, a violation level offense.

Police said more arrests are being planned as they continue to work with Keene State College officials. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
