Thad Moss, Son Of Randy, Offered Scholarship From Boston College
BOSTON (CBS) -- Randy Moss joined the Patriots in 2007, and for three years, he captivated fans in New England with some of the best performances on the football field they had ever seen.
They may soon get to see another Moss take the field.
Thad Moss, son of Randy, is currently a junior at Charlotte Victory Christian High School in North Carolina. The defensive end and tight end recently announced via Twitter that he received a scholarship offer from Boston College.
"BC is a young football team that's building towards getting better every day. And I like what BC is academically," Moss told EagleAction.com (via NFL.com).
At 6-foot-3, 230 pounds, Thad Moss seems to have at least gotten his father's size. While it may be near-impossible to match his father's talent, Thad is sure to garner lots of interest due to the name on the back of his jersey.
