Teen Charged With Raping Everett High School Student
EVERETT (CBS) -- An Everett teen has been charged with sexually assaulting a teenage girl following an underage drinking party that occurred earlier this month.
Sami Sherif, 18, a student at Everett High School was arraigned at Malden District Court Monday.
The district attorney said Sherif raped her and left her on the driveway of a home on Appleton Street. According to the district attorney, it was only 10-degrees that night and the victim nearly froze to death. She was hospitalized and later released.
The victim reportedly had no memory of what happened.
Sherif is being held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing Wednesday.
