Police Seek 'Dangerous And Desperate' Stoughton Murder Suspect

STOUGHTON (CBS) – Police are searching for a man they say is "dangerous and desperate" following a Friday murder in Stoughton.

Police were called to Canton Street on Friday just before 4 p.m. and found a man had been stabbed.

The man was transported to Good Samaritan Medical Center, but died a short time later.

Investigators said Saturday Erwins Albert, 36, was the victim of the stabbing.

Police obtained a murder warrant for Keenan Brasfield, 24, who they say ran from the scene immediately after he stabbed Albert.

Brasfield is described as "dangerous and desperate" and may be armed.

Anyone who sees Brasfield, who also has ties to Hyde Park, is asked to call 911. Tips on his whereabouts can be called in to Stoughton Police at (781) 344-2424.
