Salem PD Hunts For Cross-Dressing Bank Robber
SALEM (CBS) - Salem police are looking for a man who robbed a bank while dressed as a woman.
Last Friday at 3:30 p.m., the suspect robbed Beverly Coop Bank on Lafayette Street in Salem.
Police say the thief was wearing a white knit hat, glasses, black scarf and red jacket with white "puma" sneakers.
He appeared to be medium height with a moderate build.
If you have any information about the identity of this person, you are asked to call police.
