Sailor injured in fall onboard the USS Constitution
CHARLESTOWN - A sailor was taken to the hospital Thursday evening after he was injured in a fall onboard the U.S.S. Constitution.
The historic ship's public affairs office said he was cleaning at around 6 p.m. when he fell. The sailor fell 20 feet and landed on the deck.
The 19-year-old sailor suffered a minor head injury and is expected to be OK.
