Safety 1st Stroller Recalled Due To Fall Risk

BOSTON (CBS) – A stroller sold at major retailers like Babies "R" Us and Walmart has been recalled over safety concerns.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says there's a risk a baby may fall out of the Safety 1st Step and Go Travel Systems.

The front tray that supports the infant car seat can come loose on one side. There have been dozens of reports of the car seat disengaging but no injuries have been reported.
