Report: Glenn Gronkowski Works Out For Patriots
BOSTON (CBS) -- The Patriots have yet to get Rob Gronkowski on the field this season, but they had another member of the Gronkowski clan on the practice field on Monday.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, fullback Glenn Gronkowski worked out for the Pats on Monday.
Mike Reiss reported several other players to work out for the Patriots. Notably, none were quarterbacks.
Glenn Gronkowski was recently released by the Bills. The 23-year-old younger brother of Rob signed with Buffalo after going undrafted in the draft. The fullback didn't get handed the ball much in college, rushing for 51 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries, but he did show some big-play ability in the passing game, as he caught 15 passes for 369 yards and five touchdowns in his three seasons at Kansas State.
