Plymouth Man Found Unconscious In Locked Car On 495

RAYNHAM, Mass. (AP) — Massachusetts State Police say they are investigating the death of a man found unconscious in a locked car that was stopped on a highway median in Raynham.

Police say troopers responded at 8:10 p.m. Saturday to reports of a car on the median of Route 495. They found the man inside unresponsive and they forced their way into the car, a 2013 Lexus sedan.

Police say the 60-year-old Plymouth man had no pulse and troopers tried to revive him before he was taken to a hospital in Taunton, where he was pronounced dead.

The initial investigation showed no signs that the car was involved in a collision before coming to a stop on the median. The man's name wasn't released.
