Prosecutors: Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Gave Middle Finger To Prison Camera
BOSTON (CBS/AP) -- Three months after bombing the Boston Marathon, a defiant Dzhokhar Tsarnaev gave the middle finger to a prison camera, prosecutors said.
On the first day of the death penalty phase in the Boston Marathon bombing trial, the government showed a large photo to the jury. It pictured Tsarnaev in an orange jumpsuit, thrusting his middle finger toward a surveillance camera in his holding cell while awaiting arraignment.

"This is Dzhokhar Tsarnaev — unconcerned, unrepentant and unchanged," Nadine Pellegrini told the jurors who will decide whether the 21-year-old Tsarnaev should be executed.
The photo of Tsarnaev extending his middle finger was not immediately released to the media because the prosecution has yet to authenticate it in court and enter it into evidence.
Tsarnaev was found guilty of 30 federal charges related to the bombing earlier this month.
