Police Searching For Missing Boston College Student

BROOKLINE (CBS) – Brookline and Boston College police are looking for help in their search for a missing BC student.

Stephen Ziska, a 20-year-old junior from Brooklyn, New York, has not been in contact with his friends or family since late Monday morning.

He was last seen by his roommates when he left his apartment on Strathmore Road in Brookline on May 11 around 11:30 a.m., according to investigators.

Ziska was supposed to take an exam at noon on campus but never showed up.

He is a biology and computer science major.

"It is uncharacteristic of him not to check in," with friends or family, BC spokesman Jack Dunn told WBZ NewsRadio 1030.

Brookline police told WBZ-TV they "have no reason to suspect foul play."

Ziska's family is coming up from New York to help with the investigation.

Anyone with information is asked to call Brookline police at 617-730-2222 or BC police at 617-552-4440.
