Police Find Car Of 90-Year-Old That Was Carjacked At Saugus Supermarket
MELROSE (CBS) – Saugus police have recovered the car of a Saugus man that was carjacked Tuesday morning.
The brown 2001 Ford Focus belonging to 90-year-old Bob Burns was found abandoned across the street from the Melrose DPW yard.
Police are processing the car for fingerprints and looking for surveillance video in the area.
Burns was left bleeding on the sidewalk by a man who ripped the car key out of his hand and pushed him over shopping carts at the Stop & Shop on Main Street in Saugus.
