Police: Boy Injured By Bobcat Machine Was Run Over By Uncle
ROCKLAND (CBS) -- A 7-year-old seriously injured by a Bobcat machine was run over by his uncle, police say.
Rockland police say Krystian Greloch was playing in a work area at the Millennium Fence company Wednesday evening when the incident occurred. Tomasz Greloch, 30, was operating the Bobcat with a front loader bucket on it when he ran over his nephew, according to police.
Rockland Police Chief John R. Llewellyn said he doesn't anticipate any criminal charges will be filed at this point, but the incident is under investigation.
"I do believe that there are some serious issues for OSHA to investigate surrounding the allegations that the child and possibly other children play in this area on a regular basis," Llewellyn said.
