Police Arrest Three Accused Keene State Rioters
KEENE, N.H. (CBS) – Police in Keene arrested three additional people they say were involved in riots near the Keene State College campus on the weekend of the city's annual pumpkin festival earlier this month.
Several tips helped police identify three men allegedly caught in pictures taking part in the riots on October 18 and 19.

Forest M. Wilkinson, 18, of Spofford, N.H. was arrested and charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief for allegedly ripping a street sign out of the ground. He was released on $2,500 bail.
Michael Bulman, 19, a Keene State student from Scituate, Mass., was charged with one felony count of reckless conduct. Police said Bulman threw a beer can at a group of people. Bulman was released on $5,000 bail.
Keene State student Tory Knaff, 18, of Groton, Conn., was also charged with one felony count of reckless conduct and released on $5,000 bail. Police allege that he also threw a beer bottle into a crowd.
All three suspects are scheduled to be arraigned on December 9 in 8th Circuit Keene Court.
Since releasing pictures of suspected rioters to the public, police have received hundreds of tips and have identified numerous suspects.
Last week, police arrested a 19-year-old New Hampshire man who allegedly threw a beer bottle at a police officer.
On Tuesday, Keene officers arrested 18-year-old James A. Schaefer III and charged him with one felony count of reckless conduct.
Keene State College President Anne Huot said the school will hold involved students responsible for their behavior.
