Bintliff's is an eating institution in Portland, Maine, serving brunch seven days a week, including pecan caramel waffles.
"Thick, fresh made Belgian waffle. We make the batter right here… It's drizzled with caramel. It's topped with whipped cream. It's got strawberries scattered around it."
