Phantom Gourmet: Asian Small Plates At Greater Boston Restaurants

BOSTON (CBS) -- Phantom Gourmet recently tried some Asian small plates at Greater Boston restaurants.

Hojoko at the Verb Hotel in the Fenway neighborhood puts a funky spin on Japanese small plates like shrimp and pork potstickers and chicken thighs fired up on a robata grill.

Hidden away in a basement-level space in Harvard Square, Night Market is an energetic spot full of colorful graffiti art and shareable Asian street foods, ranging from shishito peppers to satisfying dan dan noodles.

You can also find some outstanding Asian small plates at Shojo on Tyler Street in Chinatown, and if you're a dumpling fan, check out the Gourmet Dumpling House on Beach Street.

Watch Phantom Gourmet on Saturdays and Sundays at 10:30 and 11 a.m. on myTV38.
