Patriots Injury Report: Stork, Connolly Questionable For Thursday Night Football
BOSTON (CBS) -- Tom Brady may not have to rely on a makeshift offensive line for Thursday night's game against the New York Jets.
Dan Connolly and Bryan Stork are both listed as questionable on New England's injury report, giving them a 50-50 chance of playing Thursday night at Gillette. Both missed all three "practice" sessions in the short week leading up to Thursday night's game, but are key cogs along the New England offensive live.
Also listed as questionable for Thursday night is corner Brandon Browner, who has yet to make his Patriots debut after being sidelined for the first four games due to a suspension, and the last two because of an ankle injury.
Linebacker Dont'a Hightower is also questionable, making it likely he will return to the field after missing the last two games with a knee injury. His return comes at an important time for the Patriots, who reportedly lost linebacker Jerod Mayo for the rest of the season with a knee injury. Mayo is one of four Patriots to be declared out for Thursday night's game.
Quarterback Tom Brady, who was listed as questionable for Sunday's win over the Buffalo Bills, is now listed as probable on the injury report.
