- This will be the 114th meeting between the Pats and the Bills. New England holds a 69-43-1 record against Buffalo.

- The Patriots have won 28 of their last 33 games against the Buffalo Bills.
- Bill Belichick has an all-time record of 74-28 against the AFC East as head coach of the Patriots.
- Tom Brady has a 25-3 record against Buffalo. He has more wins over the Bills than any other team and has thrown for more touchdowns (62) against Buffalo than any other opponent. He also has nine 300-yard passing games against Buffalo, more than any other NFL team.
- The Pats have started the season with at least six wins in their first seven games for the 8th time in team history.
- The Pats have yet to throw an interception through sevens games. The overall Patriots team record for games without an interception is eight straight and the NFL record for a team to start the season without throwing a pick is nine.
- Rob Gronkowski is one touchdown away from making Patriots team history. At the moment, Gronk is tied with Stanley Morgan for the most overall touchdowns (68) and most touchdown receptions (67) in team history.
- Gronk is just seven receptions away from the 400th of his career. He'd be just the sixth player to record 400+ receptions for the Patriots, joining Kevin Faulk (431), Ben Coates (490), Stanley Morgan (534), Troy Brown (557) and Wes Welker (672).
- LeGarrette Blount has eight rushing touchdowns this season, tied for the most in the NFL with Arizona's David Johnson and San Diego's Melvin Gordon. It's a new career-high for Blount, who rushed for seven touchdowns for the Pats in 16 games in 2013.
- Since 2000, the Pats are 44-1 in the regular season when they've had a player rush for 100 or more yards in a game.
