Passenger Killed After Falling Out Of Party Bus In East Boston

BOSTON (CBS) – One passenger was killed and another was injured after they fell out of a party bus in East Boston this weekend, according to the limo company.

The accident happened Sunday morning at about 2:00 a.m. on Route 1A in East Boston. According to the Entourage Livery Inc., two passengers fell out of an emergency window on the bus.

"We are unsure how the window got open," said Brandon Braddock, General Manager of Entourage Livery Inc. "The only thing we do know, is that one of the passengers mentioned repeatedly, she kept trying to open that specific window for air."

Braddock says the window has a red handle and a warning sticker.

The company extends their condolences to the victims and says this is the first accident they have had since starting their business in 1999. The driver was not cited.

It was originally reported that the victims who were involved were pedestrians.
