Man Metal Detecting On Maine Beach Finds Medford High School Class Ring Missing Since 1984

MEDFORD (CBS) – A class ring from Medford High School that had been lost since 1984 is on its way back to its rightful owner.
The ring was found on Old Orchard Beach in Maine by a 77-year-old man on a walk with his metal detector.
He contacted the Medford High School alumni association, which put him in touch with Jonathan Noel.
Noel said that he lost the ring less than a month after he first got it, but he will soon be reunited with it.
