North Brookfield High School Locked Down After Bullet Found In Bathroom

NORTH BROOKFIELD (CBS) -- North Brookfield High School was locked down Monday morning after a bullet was found in a school bathroom, authorities said.

Massachusetts State Police said there was no threat to students, and the shelter-in-place order was lifted so that classes could resume before 11 a.m.

Troopers and K9 units assisted local police with the lockdown and sweep of the school after the single round of ammunition was discovered.

The incident was reported at about 8:30 a.m.
