BOSTON (CBS) - Yesterday, an explosion during an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England killed almost two dozen and injured many more. Authorities now believe they know who the bomber was, and though ISIS has claimed credit for the attack, the investigation into the alleged bomber's background and communication history is just beginning. U.S. Representative Stephen Lynch will talk with Dan about this most recent attack, and how he believes we can best keep this country as safe as possible.
