BOSTON (CBS) - The gaming industry has always been dominated by men. Both developers and the gamers themselves are predominantly males. But does the gaming community have a problem with misogyny? When GamerGate became a national story last fall, some were surprised by the level of hatred that existed in the gaming world. As a result of the threats and personal attacks that came from her comments on the industry, game developer Brianna Wu has decided to pull her company from PAX East, which takes place in Boston March 6th- March 9th. She joins Dan in studio to talk about why she decided not to participate in the event, her thoughts on sexism in the gaming community, and what the public reaction has been.
