NHL To Donate $200K To Injured Hockey Player Denna Laing
BOSTON (CBS) -- The National Hockey League will be donating $200,000 to injured hockey player Denna Laing, who also has been invited to the All-Star Game in Nashville, Tennessee on Sunday.
Laing, who was hurt on New Year's Eve while playing at Gillette Stadium, will be joined by her mother and sisters at the game, according to the Boston Bruins' Twitter account.
Denna's mother and her sisters will be the NHL's guests tomorrow in Nashville for the #NHLAllStar Game.

The league commissioner also has announced that the NHL will be making the sizable donation, according to the Bruins' Twitter page.
The Commissioner also announced that the NHL is donating $200,000 to help Denna Laing in her rehabilitation.

The Jacobs family, Bruins, Boston Bruins Foundation and TD Garden have also announced that they will make a $200,000 donation to the Denna Laing Foundation.
