NFL Playoff Picture: Patriots Host Divisional Round January 10

BOSTON (CBS) -- The NFL postseason begins next weekend, but Patriots fans will have to wait another week for their first taste of the playoffs.

The playoffs will kick off for the AFC's top seed on Saturday, January 10, at 4:35 pm when they host the AFC divisional round. They'll take on the lowest-remaining seed in the AFC following Wild Card Weekend, either the Indianapolis Colts, Baltimore Ravens or Cincinnati Bengals. The game will air on NBC, and can be heard on 98.5 The Sports Hub -- the flagship station of the New England Patriots.

The highest-remaining seed after the Wild Card round will head to Denver for a showdown with the Broncos on Sunday, January 11.

If the Patriots advance to the AFC Championship Game, it will be played on January 18 at 6:40 pm at Gillette.

Saturday, January 3

(5) Arizona Cardinals at (4) Carolina Panthers, 4:30pm on ESPN
(6) Baltimore Ravens at (3) Pittsburgh Steelers, 8:15pm on CBS

Sunday, January 4

(5) Cincinnati Bengals at (4) Indianapolis Colts, 1:05pm on CBS
(6) Detroit Lions at (3) Dallas Cowboys, 4:40pm on FOX
