Woman Arrested In NH On Warrant 12 Years Old

MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — A state trooper's routine traffic stop in Manchester has led to the driver's arrest on a 12-year warrant on burglary and theft charges in Pennsylvania.

The trooper was on patrol on Interstate 93 north Thursday night when he saw a car with its four-way flashers activated and moving at a slow speed. After stopping the driver, identified as 35-year-old Andrea Erceg, he found she had an active arrest warrant alleging she had failed to appear for the charges.

Pennsylvania authorities were contacted and advised that they would seek to have Erceg extradited.

Erceg was scheduled to be arraigned Friday on a fugitive from justice charge. It wasn't immediately known if she had a lawyer.
