Missing Worcester Man Found Buried In Cement

BURRILLVILLE, R.I. (CBS/AP) — A body found buried under several inches of cement outside a house in Rhode Island has been identified as a missing man from Worcester.

Domingo Ortiz, 60, was last seen alive at the home on Douglas Pike in Burrillville May 5.

Police found his body Friday buried beneath a newly constructed deck.

The Worcester Telegram & Gazette reports Ortiz's body was found after a second search warrant was served at the home.

The first search took place May 21.

Police have said Ortiz was associated with people who live at the house, which is secluded by heavy woods.

A local gas station owner alerted police about something odd at the home: fresh cement poured under the deck after it was already built.
