Elderly Couple Reported Missing Found Safe In Bourne
BOURNE (AP) — Massachusetts state police say they have found a missing elderly couple safe in a wooded area.
State police said on Twitter just after 6 p.m. Friday that the Plymouth couple had been located by its aviation unit in a wooded area in the town of Bourne, on Cape Cod.

John and Jean Bickerstaff were found in their car, conscious and alert. They were being evaluated by emergency medical personnel.
Local police are investigating how and why the couple ended up in Bourne. John Bickerstaff is 90 years old and his wife is 87.
The couple was last seen by family members at about 9:30 a.m. Thursday at their home in Plymouth.
