Skateboarding Teenager Hits Mini School Bus

BROCKTON (CBS) -- A teenager was hospitalized after hitting a school bus while skateboarding in Brockton Wednesday afternoon, officials said.

The teenager came off the curb and broadsided the mini bus, said Jocelyn Meek, spokeswoman for Brockton Public Schools.

Firefighters responded to the incident at North Main and Ames streets at about 3 p.m.

The teenager has been transported to a local hospital with injuries, Meek said.
