The tractor-trailer was travelling eastbound on the Pike around 4 a.m. when it hit the median near Exit 10A (Route 146) in Millbury.
The truck ended up rolling over and across all of the westbound lanes. The driver was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to State Police.
All westbound lanes in Millbury were shut down as crews scrambled to get the truck off the highway before rush hour.
State Police said a Megabus was also involved in the crash, but it was not clear if the bus was hit by the truck or if it was damaged trying to avoid a collision.
There were 40 passengers on board, according to police, but no one was hurt.
A spokesperson for Megabus told WBZ-TV the bus was travelling from New York City to Boston.
No other information is available at this point in the investigation.
