Massachusetts Named Best State For Teachers In New Ranking
BOSTON (CBS) -- There's no better place in America to be a teacher than Massachusetts, according to a new survey.
WalletHub declared that the Bay State is No. 1 on its list of best states for teachers. The ranking evaluates job opportunities, teacher-to-student ratios and public school spending per pupil, among other factors.
Massachusetts does particularly well in teacher salary and quality school systems, according to WalletHub.
