Mass. Gas Prices Increase For First Time Since November
BOSTON (AP) — A rebound in oil prices has driven Massachusetts gasoline prices up for the first time since November.
AAA Northeast reported Monday that the average price of a gallon of self-serve, regular gas has edged up two cents from last week to $1.70.
The Massachusetts price is 11 cents below the national average and 75 cents lower than the in-state price at this time last year.
AAA found self-serve, regular selling in Massachusetts for as low as $1.55 and as high as $1.99 per gallon.
