Massachusetts Gas Prices Continue To Fall

BOSTON (AP) — Massachusetts gas prices have dropped another 4 cents per gallon in the past week and remain well below the national average.

AAA Northeast announced Monday that its weekly survey found that self-serve, regular is down to an average of $2.23 per gallon.

That price is a dime lower than the national average, a quarter lower than the in-state price a month ago and $1.20 lower than the Massachusetts price a year ago.

AAA found self-serve, regular selling for as low as $2.09 per gallon and as high as $2.59.
