Massachusetts Air Guard Memorial Day Flyover Canceled Due To Weather
WESTFIELD (CBS) -- A scheduled Memorial Day flyover by the 104th Fighter Wing of the Massachusetts Air Guard was canceled due to weather.
The flyover was going to start late Monday morning in Bourne and go all the way to Kent, Connecticut.
But due to low cloud cover and poor visibility, the flight was not safe.
Mass. Fallen Heroes encouraged people to watch a live stream of the U.S.S. Constitution's firing salute and playing of Taps in absence of the flyover.
