Manchester, N.H. Sinkhole Swallows Plow Truck

MANCHESTER, N.H. (CBS) – New Hampshire crews had a busy Saturday after a plow truck partially fell into a sinkhole caused by a water main break.

On Saturday morning a water main broke on Kennard Street in Manchester.

A plow truck was in the area as part of the cleanup, when a sinkhole developed. The front of the plow truck was swallowed into the hole.

Police said crews were still on scene into the afternoon trying to remove the truck from the sinkhole.

No injuries were reported, and the road remained closed.
