New Hampshire Man Charged With Drunken Driving In Fatal Crash

MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — Police say a New Hampshire man has been charged with felony drunken driving after a crash that killed a passenger in the car he hit.

Manchester police say 31-year-old Alexander Burke of Bow was arrested after the 4:20 a.m. crash Sunday at the intersection of Lake Avenue and Union Street in Manchester.

Authorities say Burke's passenger and three others in the Honda Pilot he crashed into were taken to the hospital with what were described as non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say the crash is still under investigation and no additional details are being released at this time.

It was not immediately known if Burke has a lawyer.
