Drawing Stolen From New Hampshire Art Gallery
MANCHESTER, N.H. (CBS) -- A piece of artwork was stolen from a gallery at the New Hampshire Institute of Art some time last year, Manchester Police announced Sunday.
Police said the piece, a framed pencil drawing by artist George Stavrinos, was stolen between November 25 and December 12.
The work measures about fourteen by eighteen inches, and is estimated to be worth about $5,000.
Anyone with information about the theft is urged to call Manchester Police, who may offer a cash reward for information leading to the drawing or the identification of a suspect.
