Man In Wheelchair Found On Ramp To I-93 In Boston

BOSTON (CBS) -- A man was found in a wheelchair going up a ramp from Interstate 93 to South Station ahead of the Thursday morning commute.
At around 5:10 a.m., police were notified and responded quickly. They helped the the man safely get off the highway.
A Massachusetts Department of Transportation camera captured the man's ride on the ramp.
No information has been released as to what he was doing there or who the man was.
